Save some time and collect these documents before you open your business account with Heritage Bank & Trust! 
- Name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
- Photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID or Passport)
The bank will need the above information for each owner/cosigner.
Beneficial ownership is required on individuals with more than 25% ownership.
- Legal name of business
- Address (Business Physical)
- IRS letter or Tax return to prove Business EIN (Employee Identification Number)
- Business documents such as: Secretary of State Articles of Organization · Certificate of Existence · Operating Agreement · Charter · Partnership
